BIOGRAPHY
Born to a sex therapist and a Secret Service Agent in Oklahoma City, Susan’s career in comedy was
inevitable. Susan is a graduate of the UCLA School of Theater Film & Television.
She has studied acting with the late, great Uta Hagen and in Howard Fine‘s Master Class. Susan’s
original one-woman show, This Is Your Wake-Up Call!
(click here), at The Lost Studio, The
Coast Playhouse, and the HBO Workspace earned LA Weekly’s “Pick of the Week” and Dramalogue’s “Critic’s Choice.”
Susan is currently starring in the World
Premier of Del Shores' play, "Yellow" at The Coast Playhouse. She also
starred in Del Shores' play,
"The Trials and Tribulations of a Trailer Trash
Housewife" at the Zephyr Theatre in Hollywood playing the role of
trashy cocktail waitress, "Rayleen Hobbs." The play won an
Ovation Award for "Best Ensemble." Del Shores also cast her as "Dr.
Eve" in "Sordid Lives" and as
"Brother Boy" in "Sordid Lives, It's a Drag"
and is recurring as crazy "Jackie" in
"Sordid Lives: The Series."
Susan has graced the stage and screen with
some amazing actors such as: Hilary Swank, Kristen Chenowith, Danny DeVito, Lyle Lovett, Lisa Kudrow, Laurie
Metcalf, Debra Messing, Helen Hunt, Teri Hatcher, Megan Mullaly, Matt
LeBlanc, Jay Mohr, Faith Ford, Leslie Jordan, Beth Grant, Drew Carey, Garry
Shandling, Jeffrey Tambor, Rip Torn, Treat Williams, & John Goodman, among
others.

Susan was also a
finalist in "15 Minutes of Fem 3"

one-person show contest at The Egyptian Arena Theatre. In addition to performing stand-up comedy, she has studied and performed with
The Second City and had a six year run with
the improvisational company,
Los Angeles TheatreSports at
Theater/Theatre.

Weekenders", and writes content for several
websites.
Susan is a proud mom and has been a volunteer
Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Los Angeles since 1997.
